		<description>I have stopped doing Polyphasic Sleep after a couple of weeks. Physically it feels fine. But the social and emotional distance that is created by the extra time available throughout the day is too much for me at this point. I believe that I will come back to it later on in life. I might write a blog post detailing what I think about the experience a bit later. In the meanwhile you can read Steve Pavlina&#039;s blog. He is very detailed in his writing about it.
